We offer free shipping on all orders with a U.S. delivery address. International orders over $150 USD also ship free of charge. We reserve the right to change our shipping policies and prices at any time, as we see fit.
WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
As soon as your items are ready to ship you will receve an e-mail with tracking info. For streetwear items imported from Asia, all tracking info will be available once the item arrives in the destination country. Once the item arrives we will be able to update you with the tracking number which will be shared with you via e-mail.
WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?
Most of our items are custom made overseas to ensure the best quality for our customers. As such, delivery times can take 2-4 weeks for streetwear items, and 1-2 weeks for items produced in the U.S. (U.S. Produced items include: Skate Decks and Massive Action original branded clothing). For specialty items such as Collaborations, shipping and processing info will be made available on the collection's respective shop page - please refer to those guidelines for info.

For streetwear items produced in Asia, you may be required to pay duties and taxes depending on the laws of your country of residence. We will notify you immediately via e-mail if this is the case for your order to check if you'd prefer to receive a refund instead.
*Note: Skate Decks and specialty collections such as Collaboration items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchanges. All sales are final. The following policies and procedures applies to other products that fall outside of these categories. We want you to love your purchase and we continuously strive to deliver the highest quality products possible.*
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a REFUND or EXCHANGE it for another product within 30 days of receiving your order.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
Merchandise must have all original tags attached.

Exchanges and returns for store credit will be processed free of charge. Returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded . The shipping back charges are non-refundable.

To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new size or item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items and sizes will be in stock for exchanges.)
Mail your return to the address we provide to you via email.
Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or we will issue your refund.
Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 to 5 business days after we receive your return.
The shipping back charges are non-refundable.
Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a $4.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
